Magnolia Content Studios is a natural light studio and event venue designed for photography, productions, podcasts, workshops, content creation, and brand experiences.
The Studio
The space includes multiple styled setups, exposed brick, professional lighting, C-stands, automatic seamless paper backdrops, and flexible shooting areas designed to help creators and teams produce efficiently in one location.
Production + Content Support
From brand shoots and social media content to podcast recordings and content days, Magnolia is designed to support both solo creators and full creative teams.
Event Space
Available for workshops, networking events, brand activations, private gatherings, and creative events.

please read carefully before booking:
- All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the reservation date and are subject to availability.
- Setup and cleanup time must be included within the reserved booking window. Overtime will be billed at Magnolia Content Studios’ current hourly rate.
- Standard studio reservations include up to 15 guests. Larger groups, events, workshops, or productions may require approval and event pricing.
- Magnolia Content Studios is a smoke-free environment. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- Due to the nature of the studio and neighboring businesses, DJs, live entertainment, and high-amplification sound systems must be approved in advance by Magnolia Content Studios.
- Open flames, candles, incense, sparklers, smoke machines, fog machines, glitter, confetti, party poppers, silly string, and similar materials are not permitted.
- Food and beverages must remain in designated hard-floor areas.
- Pets require prior approval from Magnolia Content Studios.
- A $50 studio reset fee and/or additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if the studio is not returned to its original condition.
- Magnolia Content Studios reserves the right to require event liability insurance for events, productions, workshops, gatherings, or reservations involving alcohol.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of all attendees and for any damage caused during the reservation.
