This is a smoke-free environment - strictly no smoking of any kind allowed, including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, pens, etc.

Canned beverages, beer, wine, and champagne are permitted to be used as subjects/props/elements during a concept shoot or during an event rental.

Food and drink must stay and be consumed in designated areas with hard floors, not in carpeted areas.

No glitter, confetti, party poppers, silly string, styrofoam, or any other tiny particle decor may be used.

No special effects, including but not limited to smoke machines, fog/foggers, smoke bombs, dry ice, sparklers (real or artificial), chemical-based products, and other highly flammable materials, are allowed.

No form of wall mounting is permitted.

Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words.

A person who is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances will not be allowed on the premises.

The guest is solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying the guest while at Magnolia Content Studios.

The guest agrees to leave the premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when they arrived.

Pets are not permitted without prior consent from a Magnolia Content Studio representative. If a pet is involved in the shoot, it must be leashed and supervised at all times while on the premises. A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for any stains caused by all pets. Any damage or destruction of any contents or fixtures may result in fees equal to or higher than the value of that items).

Additional charges may apply for disposal of excess garbage from large sets. Guests are responsible for removing all items brought to the premises. Any items left beyond 7 days will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of or retained by Magnolia Content Studios without compensation at our discretion.

Guest agrees that a Magnolia Content Studios representatives) may, at Magnolia Content Studios' sole discretion, be present at all times.
If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal, or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require the guest's party to leave immediately, which will result in the guest forfeiting all fees.

Magnolia Content Studios reserves the right to report illegal activities witnessed by our representatives, In such cases, no refund will be given for unused time. However, we do not assume responsibility to act in such cases.

A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for any stains caused by pets, beverages and/ or food that cannot be removed, pet stains, damages caused by pets, debris or particles created by permissible or impermissible items. Any damage or destruction of any contents or fixtures may result in fees equal to or higher than the value of that item(s).
