The Energy You Bring to Your Brand

This sweatshirt started more conversations than I expected.

When I posted this photo with my “Do I Look Like I Fly Economy?” sweatshirt, the DMs came FLOODING in. Some people were living for the confidence, others wanted to know where to get one, and a few were like “Girl, same energy but make it business class because economy is honestly not that bad.” šŸ˜‚

But here’s what really got me thinking: that sweatshirt isn’t just a statement piece – it’s a whole mood. And whether you realize it or not, the energy you carry shows up in EVERYTHING you do, especially your brand.

Your Vibe Is Your Brand

I’ve worked with a lot of clients at this point, and I can tell you this: the ones who walk into the studio with first-class energy? Their content hits different. Every. Single. Time.

It’s not about being bougie (though we love a good bougie moment). It’s about knowing your worth and carrying yourself like it. When you believe you deserve the best, it radiates through the camera lens. When you show up half-apologetic for taking up space? Yeah, that shows up too.

Confidence Is Contagious

The clients who book their session like they’re investing in something important – not like they’re spending money they “shouldn’t” – those are the ones whose content makes people stop scrolling. They’re not shrinking in front of the camera. They’re not apologizing for wanting professional photos. They’re owning their space like the boss they are.

And guess what happens? Their audience feels that energy. They buy from that energy. They trust that energy.

The First-Class Mindset

Here’s the thing about that sweatshirt – it’s not really about flying. It’s about refusing to settle. It’s about knowing that how you show up matters, whether you’re on a plane, in a boardroom, or in front of a camera.

When you walk into a content session (or hop on a video call, or post that Instagram story), you’re communicating something before you even say a word. Are you showing up like someone who deserves to be there? Or like someone who’s lucky to get the chance?

Your audience can feel the difference.

The Plot Twist

Want to know a secret? Some of my most confident-looking content comes from clients who were TERRIFIED to be in front of the camera. The difference? They decided to trust the process. They showed up anyway. They chose to embody that first-class energy even when they didn’t feel it yet.

Because here’s what I’ve learned: confidence isn’t something you have to be born with. It’s something you can choose, frame by frame, post by post, content session by content session.

Your Energy Assignment

Next time you’re creating content – whether it’s a quick iPhone video or a full studio session – ask yourself: “What energy am I bringing to this?”

Are you showing up like someone who flies first class? Or like someone apologizing for being on the plane at all?

Your brand deserves that first-class energy. Your audience is waiting for it. And honestly? So are you.

Coming up in Part 2: We’re talking about the investment side of this first-class mentality. Because here’s the tea – your brand deserves premium treatment, but let’s address the elephant in the room about budget and value. Stay tuned!
